His focus is in special populations and how healthcare providers and fitness professionals can work more closely together. Keith Burns, MS, CSCS has served in the exercise science field as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate and professional level. He currently works as a tenured track Instructor of Exercise Science at Raritan Valley Community College. Christopher Volgraf, CSCS holds the NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Exercise Physiologist certifica­tion from the ACSM. A founding employee of the Princeton Longevity Center, Chris proudly served as Director of Fitness and Senior Exercise Physiologist from 2002-2016.

Exercise for perfect posture. What a fantastic book by William Smith and associates. I’ve had back problems for years after applying some common sense exercises which are listed in the book I’ve had phenomenal improvement not only in my shoulders and my back but much of my back pain Is gone ! This book is a must read and a easy read if your interested in a healthy life style .

Just finished reading Perfect Posture and will incorporate many of these exercises in to my daily routine. William Smith has dedicated his life to health and this book is a reflection of his lifelong work.

Author Will Smith is the name to know health, excersize, and general well being for people of all ages. The Dr Oz of health. Tremendous health/excersize and medical background. Learn how to excersize in a healthy, benificial way!

Great book, really helped me improve my posture with ease. The exercises are universal too, I was able to bring them into the group fitness classes I teach to benefit others.

Perfect Posture has provided me with a number of exercises that have not only improved posture but also increased flexibility and decreased risk of injury. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking to minimize injury while training for events such as triathlon or Spartan races.
